6.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is RM 30. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; however, 99laju may apply deposit thresholds at its discretion for risk management or AML compliance purposes.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to enhanced processing time during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawals requested against active bonus funds are subject to the relevant wagering requirement being satisfied first.
6.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting 99laju support constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is fifteen times (15x) the bonus amount. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 1,500 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is enabled.
7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. When a User has an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single bet is RM 250 unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%–20%; sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on the odds and market. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated wagering progress expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any uncleared winnings generated from expired bonuses will be removed from the account.

7.6 Abuse Prevention. 99laju reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, collusion, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other form of promotional abuse. Determination of what constitutes abuse is at 99laju's sole reasonable discretion.
8.1 Accepted Bets. 99laju accepts sports bets on a wide range of markets including football (EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, FAM Cup), basketball (NBA), tennis, UFC, badminton, e-sports, and others. Available markets and bet types are displayed on the platform at the time of betting.
8.2 Odds and Settlements. All odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked. Settlements are made based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the result confirmed by the sport's official governing body shall be final.
8.3 Void Bets. 99laju reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. Users will be notified of any voided bets and affected stakes refunded.
8.4 Match Fixing and Integrity. Bets placed on events where there is credible evidence of manipulation, match fixing, or where an investigation by a relevant sports authority has been initiated may be suspended, voided, or withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
8.5 Maximum Payout. Individual bet winnings are subject to a maximum single-event payout cap, which may vary by sport and market. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interface.
9.1 RNG Integrity. All non-live casino games on the 99laju platform use independently tested and certified random number generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the RNG and are not influenced by the Platform or the User's previous activity.
9.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the round will be replayed from the point of interruption where technically possible, or the stake refunded at 99laju's discretion. Bets cannot be settled on the basis of an interrupted or corrupted game state.
